Susan and Paddington Bear
We knew that while we were in Paddington Station we would have to find it’s namesake, Paddington Bear. In the 1970s and 80s there used to be a giant soft toy Paddington Bear in a glass cylinder. The new version is much more selfie-friendly.

Wellington Railway Station Sign
Wellington does a great job of its street signs to some of the tourist hotspots, like the Railway Station and the Cable Car. Apparently double Fairlie steam locos were a feature of the early days of New Zealand railways in the 1870’s, with some seeing use into 1920.
